Any of you just sitting around waiting, and waiting, and waiting to find out if the sourdough bread mentioned in my last post turned out? :) Well, it did, and here's the recipe...
Thank you, AllRecipes.com, for sharing a delicious San Francisco Sourdough Bread recipe that includes chopped onions and gooey sourdough starter. I loved the onion addition! I also added chopped, fresh thyme that I sprinkled on top after adding the glaze. In hindsight, I should have added the fresh thyme in while I was kneading to incorporate it into the whole loaf.
A highly recommend the recipe. Not intimidating, and super tasty.
